Very sweet, with a soft yet very evident acidity, syrupy mouthfeel with milk chocolaty notes and pecan nut in a remarkably clean finish for a natural Brazil.
A big espresso packed / overflowing with fruit - bruised apple, apricot, dark cherry with some pleasing stone fruit acidity - there is also some floral notes tucked away (honeysuckle) - all balanced with a plum jam sweetness.
