Very well balanced cup - fine citrus acidity is balanced by a raw cane sugar sweetness – tangerine and backing chocolate notes - long finish.
Creamy and smooth with a little bright acidity and a lovely good depth, body and crema. Takes milk well, some in the camp say very well.
Mellow roundedness with bright fruit notes and a medium-ish finish – with a crema that holds up surprisingly well for a full decaf. Great with milk.

A beast of a cup but very rich, smooth and intense - a full bodied cup of sweet dark dried fruits, date, fig and prune balanced by some red berry acidity. Notes of roasted cocoa nib in the aftertaste.
