Orange citric qualities and a light, malty sweetness, full of secondary cup flavours, honeyed and orange notes (hardboiled sweets) - excellent sweetness - very clean for a natural process coffee.
Cocoa and sugary dry fig-like fruit character dominates with a shimmer of acidity. The finish is sweet, rich and long with chocolate and dry fruit notes.
Dark chocolate, sweet-meal biscuit, dark dried fruit acidity, full bodied cup, thick mouthfeel.
