Up dated Nov 23-11-2020
In some areas of the UK we are noticing some delays to Royal Mail post 24 and 48 (1st and 2nd class) - this is due to early seasonal demand coupled with an added increase in online shopping due to Covid-19.
Currently - in some areas of the UK 1st class post is delayed and 2nd class post is taking up to 10-16 days to reach our customers.
Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class post is not a trackable service and we are only able to tell you if your order has been delivered when delivery has taken place.
As we approach December, we expect delays to extend to our courier DHL
During cyber week Monday 23rd – Monday 30th November inclusive, we have been told to expect some delays to deliveries and restrictions on the number of parcels DHL are able to collect from us on a daily basis. This is due to increased traffic across the whole of the courier network. Additionally, with immediate effect from today, 23rd November until January 4th 2021, DHL have suspended all of their timed delivery services because of the increased levels of traffic that their network is carrying. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
