There is a big difference between serving good coffee and serving coffee that is truly outstanding and unique – to tell the truth the difference is not really that big - it’s huge!

No matter how much pride you take in your business - whether you have the most highly trained and motivated baristas on the planet and the best equipment money can buy - if you start the process with good coffee you will only ever serve good coffee.

Our Customers tell us our coffee locks in repeat business via product quality and uniqueness and very quickly wins new business from other independents and the bucket of milk brigade that serve good or reasonably good coffee.

How can our coffee increase your margin?
We generally find we are able to supply a kilo of truly outstanding espresso coffee beans at a more competitive cost price than your average espresso beans - and equally the quality of our beans normally allows our customers to increase their unit sales price.

How?

  • Coffee Real is fortunate to operate without huge overheads – this is reflected in the cost of our beans.
  • You can’t automate hand roasting - but you can fully automate a back office which reduces the need for people behind desks further shrinking our overhead.
  • Brewed and served correctly – the style and taste of our coffee can add on average an extra 15-20% above the local market price.

How do you know whether you are serving good coffee or truly outstanding coffee?
The easiest way is to tell us who suppliers your beans. Sceptical – well don’t be, we see little point in wasting our time preaching to the converted - but to make sure there’s always the crema and taste bud test.

Where can we add value to your business?
We get a big kick out of adding value to our customer base in anyway we can, with coffee cupping sessions and latte art events being top of the list.

When we add value it:

  • fosters customer loyalty to a location – locks in repeat business
  • provides occasions to invite local press – increasing your profile
  • raises your profile above the competition – increases your sales
