The Eva Solo
We love this piece of kit and it is so very easy to use and would seem to highlight the finer nuances of the bean. The Vacuum Pot - aka - vac pot, siphon or syphon coffee maker
The vacuum pot was invented in the 1830’s by a German called Loeff and patented by a Frenchman called Louis in 1835. It has to be said – it’s not the simplest method of brewing coffee and maybe its not for everyone - but once you have mastered the technique its easy to use and the results can be outstanding, producing a very clean cup.
