The lands of the Western hemisphere with their associated Islands grow some of the most diverse and inspiring coffees in the world. In view of the larger number of different countries, regions and varieties grown, it would be meaningless to generalise between them.

We shot this video in Guatemala - depulped beans can be seen coming from the depluper  as part of the wet process.
