Kingfisher Farm Shop - is less than 10 miles from our roastery. The shop stocks a selected range of our single estate coffees in ground and roasted whole beans, which are continually replenished each week so that coffee is in the peak of freshness. The coffees change with the season.
The Shop is run by the Arminson family who have been growing watercress on the site since 1851. The watercress is grown in spring water without the use of fertilisers or insecticides and 'boy' can you taste the difference from the inferior imported impostors.
The farm shop complements the watercress business and offers a large range of fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh and frozen meats, bread, cakes, pies and biscuits, which can be found alongside local honey, jams, chutneys and a range of wholefood products. Dairy products include milk, cream, ice-cream and a wide range of cheeses.
Fresh cut flowers, seasonal and exotic blooms can be found in the flower shop.
The ethics here are to source locally and British were ever possible, whether edible or ornamental.
