The cup exhibits - This is a delicate coffee, cleaner and crisper than you would expect from Brazil – (very well defined and more refined) sweet from start to finish, caramel, floral and honey and it has a very long finish. This is a colossal cup - quality throughout.
Per 250g pack - not the usual smaller 227g

It's very easy to sum this coffee up: - Wow.
This is an absolute top-tier Brazil coffee that does not resemble a Brazilian crop at all - cupping this blind you would think it’s from Central American - maybe Guatemala – beautiful acidity, fantastic long sweetness and really clean and bright – this is really an extraordinary coffee.
But this is not at all surprising looking at Fazenda Esperanca’s track record being continually featured in the top 10 Brazil Cup of Excellence year on year. Top tier competition coffees are in a completely different league.
The farm is very small for Brazil standards at only 40 hectares, but it is very high for Brazil at 1500 meters. The farm is planted with a Yellow Bourbon cultivar.
